Another Method to Farm World of Warcraft Gold – The Sunfury Mage
Mages in World of
Warcraft is obviously one of the best and only “area of effect” classes
besides a warlock. Both a fire mage and ice mage will work ok but a frost
mage for sure will definitely shine over a fire mage in this step by step
guide. A frost mage have much more survivability over the fire spec. Using
this method, you should be able to average approximately 100 sunfury signets
as well as possibly 5 arcane tomes. This itself should yield over 100 gold.
More than likely you will also be receiving lots of rare items and recipes
here as well. To begin, your mage does not require to be
greatly geared out but anything with over 400 bonus frost damage should do
fine. Ideally you would want more, somewhere close to 700. Your mage should
have these abilities in their talent tree in order to utilize this guide. The
following are a must have; water elemental, ice barrier, ice floes, improved
blizzard, and cold snap. There are also other spells that I highly suggest
getting such as permafrost, ice shards, piercing ice, icy veins, shatter,
improved cone of cold, arctic winds, shattered barrier, fingers of frost,
improved water elemental and deep freeze. Once you have
the requirements set, make your way to Netherstorm in Outland. It is one of the highest level
zones in World of Warcraft as of the Burning Crusade expansion. This World of
Warcraft gold farming method is not only ideal to farming for gold
but also for leveling your characters. With skill and practice, you can start
farming with your mage at about level 67 to 68. Ideally 68 because of the “to
hit code” that you will face at lower levels. This is a great way to level
yourself, gather gold and build your faction with the Scryers. Once you
arrive at the neutral town of Area 52, make your way a bit south and west
until you reach Mana Forge B’naar. There are about 3-5 camps
of sunfury mobs that you can easily kill. To start, you should try small
groups of maybe 3-5 for practice until you are more comfortable with the
surrounding and the method you should use. Fully buff yourself up slap on an
ice barrier then hop on your mount. Grab a small group of 5 with your mount
and pull them onto a safe isolated spot where you can kill them with out
interruption of your casting. Once you have them at your sweet spot, frost
nova them down, blink away, bring out your pet if you need and start casting
blizzard. Should they get close enough to hit you and your frost nova is not
back up, use your pets. Freeze them again, rinse and repeat with blizzard,
cone of cold or arcane explosion. Once you get enough
practice, you should be able to handle these mobs like a pro. You should be
able to kill a group of 20 and up with no problem at all. Yes this does get
very boring over time but it is still one of the fastest and most commonly
used methods of Chinese World of Warcraft gold farmers and gamers. Keep in
mind this World of Warcraft
gold farming technique requires lots of repairs on your gears as
you will be getting hit quite often.

Introduction to Warhammer Tradeskills
Warhammer Online is
set to release on the 18th of September will have be retaining a very similar
tradeskill profession such as the older massively multiplayer online role
playing games. In World of Warcraft, gathering professions were first
introduced but now Warhammer now currently has more gathering tradeskills
than crafting. There are currently 4 gathering skills and only 2 crafting
skills. The 4 gathering skill consists of cultivating, magical salvaging,
butchering and scavenging. The 2 crafting profession currently available is
apothecary and talisman making. The cultivating Warhammer
Tradeskill allows the player to grow their own weeds and fungi
which are used by the apothecary for ingredients. Cultivating requires seeds
and spores that can be otained from monsters, scavenging and from most
merchants in cities and towns. A pot is needed as well obviously. To get
better results from cultivating, you can add soil, water and nutrients. The
better you treat your plant, the better your plant will treat
you. The magical salvaging WAR tradeskill is
the ability to break magical items into small magical fragments. These
magical items can be obtained from PvE, RvR, quests and variety of other
places. When salvaging an item, you can choose the type of stats to extract
from that item. Along with the fragments you will also get what is known as
essences. Both fragments and essences are used to make
Talismans. The last 2 gathering trade skills in WAR is
butchering and scavenging. They are very similar in many ways, both skills
are used to gather resources from a dead mob that has already been completely
looted. Butchering is used on non-sentient mobs while scavenging for the more
socially active mob, in another words, beast or
humanoids. The apothecary trade skill uses ingredients
found through cultivating and can turn them into potions, powders or lotions.
It would be wise to be able to pair your characters or friends with different
professions to gain the maximum benefits off each profession. There are many
different type of potions and can provide various abilities. Some can add
very low stats but have long durations while another of the equivalent level
have higher stats but shorter duration. The talisman
making profession hasn’t been fully released yet but it allows you to create
talismans. Talismans are known as the minor items of power which can be
attacked to certain armors, weapons and grants permanent bonuses to that
item. Only rate and powerful items are able to have talismans placed onto
them. To create a talisman, you will need a contain along with the magical
fragments and essences received from a player with the magical salvaging
profession. Every profession will yield its benefits.
Gathering professions are better during the beginning of the game since you
do not have any resources to craft nor yet may want to spend that gold to
level up your crafting. A gathering profession can definitely reap its reward
early. The crafting skill may be what you prefer mid to end game when you
have all the resources at your hand. Whichever profession you should decide
to go with, it’s always best to pick one up early on the game. You can learn
these trade skills from a trainer as early as the second Chapter of each
faction.

Warhammer Online, vs. World of Warcraft
World of Warcraft
and Warhammer online, both are based on the realms their real time strategy
games built up for them, both games are epic fantcy mmorpgs( massively multiplayer online role
playing games). To actually see which one is better we
will just have to wait till WAR, (warhammer online age of reckoning), comes
out in September 2008. We can however take a look at the similarities and
difference Mythic Entertainment’s project (WAR), has in common with blizzards
master piece, WOW. The two games are based upon war torn fantasy realms, and
both games allow you to choose between which sides you wish to be part of;
the alliance and horde for world of Warcraft and the armies of order and
destruction for Warhammer online
age of reckoning. In these factions you pick you can chose
which character race you’d like to be in the factions. In WAR there are will
only be 6 races three to each faction; the dwarfs, the empire, and the high
elves on one side, and the green skins, dark elves, and chaos on the other
side. For World of Warcraft there are as of now ten races splitting five to
each side. On the alliance side there is the; the night elves, dawrfs,
gnomes, humans, and the draenie. On the hordes side there are; orcs, trolls,
tauren, undead, and the blood elves. The difference in the
two games aren’t as noticeable on the surface as they are on the interior
game side, though the look of the games does have their own signatures, there
is a darker more realistic feel to WAR as to WOW toons. Beside two
distinctive graphical styles, it’s really the game play that troughs you in
two different directions. World of warcraft is very epic and adventure
driven, making the adventure very full fantasy and making it easy for you to
role play yourself into the character. Warhammer online has a more player vs.
player, realm vs. realm feel, where in WOW you can do player vs. player for
good items and a desire to show your
friends on the other side who’s better, it is still based on sub portion of
epic. In WAR however an atmosphere of constant war, you can even level from
beating other players. In WOW the rewards for player vs player are as said
earlier a chance to receive epic gear. In WAR the best players at the end of
the week will have temporary statues erected in their
likeness. The two games share a similar appearance and the
games have similar origins, however as soon as you play the two in contrast
to each other you find two distinct games. Making you the judge if one is
better than the other. Warhammer
Online gold also has its own unique game play known as Realm VS.
Realm which was derived from their previous successful MMORPG known as Dark
Age of Camelot. The opposing faction are able to compete in large fights in
open battle and castle sieges of well over 200 players at the same time.
Talking about processor overlord eh? In World of Warcraft, you are permitted
in open field battle in player vs. player realms but is very limited due to
vast restrictions and lack of rewards for fighting against the opposing
faction.

Warhammer online: Age of Reckoning can it Protect its Gold?
Warhammer online is
scheduled for release on September 18, 2008. Will it, like every other
massively multiplayer online role playing game with an exchange barter
system, be suck susceptible to War gold farming? Time will only tell but if
the past predicts the future the possibility is
high. There are numerous reasons too for others to make a
buck from MMORPGs like warhammer. The
main being that people will buy from you and or trade for what they are
selling. If a gamer doesn’t want to tediously go through building up the gold
to buy that special item they want they could just buy it from someone for
real money. The same goes for War
powerleveling, you want that high level character now, and well you
could by him from somebody that is willing to part with their leveled up
toon, for a sometimes unreasonable price. This practice
has been going on ever since it could be done. For Everquest, another MMORPG,
there was so much selling of in-game items for real cash that the BBC did a
report that with a exchange rate of game currency to real money that
everquest would be the 77th richest country in the world. The developers for
EQ made a plea for eBay to stop putting up such trade auctions. This has lead
to many specialty sites dedicated to game to real currency exchange. Will
Warhammer have the same issue? Not only with EV is there
seen to be a problem between fiction game gold to real money exchanges. In early 2006, Square Enix of final fantasy
found that a group of players had found out a way to generate game currency
and exchange it for real currency, which, drove up prices for all items
across the game, In response, 700
accounts were permanently banned and 300 billion gil (final fantasy’s take
one money), was removed from circulation. In response to
more and more of these types of fictional gold for real currency from other
developers has been varied but altogether a bit futile, for there are more
sellers and buyers then there ever were. Square Enix has declared that the
trade of items for real currency is officially a violation of the Terms of
Service for Final Fantasy XI. In July
2006, Square Enix banned or suspended over 8,000 other accounts for
manipulation and commerce. As of 2006, Square Enix has regularly banned
accounts found to be in violation of the Terms of Service, some using
third-party tools, removing billions of gil from the in-game economy. EQ
seems to have taken “if you can’t beat them join them approach, in that
EverQuest 2 launched “Station Exchange" servers in July 2005. The
program provides buying in-game items for real money from fellow players for
a nominal fee. With all the in game trades and selling
form real to fake money from all the other MMOPG’s out there one has to
wonder if Warhammer is prepared for it. What will it do in response to the
possibility of selling in game gold and turning it into green cash? Fair for
us players? I think not, you spend all your hard time and effort farming WAR
gold and they remove it from the game because your friend in need of help
also wants some. What good would it be if you were in a guild or have a bunch
of friends but yet to can't share gold with them?

How to Earn Lots of Gold in World of Warcraft
The currency
exchange works in WOW(world of warcraft), with three sets of coins, copper
coins, and with a hundred copper coins it will equal one silver coin, with a
hundred silver coins it will equal one gold coin. Now gold in world of
warcraft is what everybody needs to thrive, there is hardly any advancement
without working your characters toon butt off earning tons of wow gold, almost
sounds like real life. The difference from earning money
in the real world and earning a living in world of warcraft is that in WOW
you can bash someone’s head in and steal his money you won’t be put on
charges, and in the game you chose whatever field you chose to go into. Yes
in the game of world of warcraft you can pick and chose what job you’d like
your avatar to specialize in and that is where a lot of the big cash comes
in. There are ten primary professions you can have
alchemy, blacksmithing, enchanting, engineering, herbalism, mining,
leatherworking, skinning, and tailoring. Now some of these professions go
together with others such as mining and blacksmithing, you’ll need the metal
the mining gives you to blacksmith with into weapons and armor. There
are three secondary professions which are first aid, cooking and fishing. You
can learn all three of the secondary professions but only two of the
primaries so chose wisely. You will gain lots of coin selling your special
talents you pick, to others, not venders mind you, there are general prices
that venders buy items off of you for, and the price the venders buy the
items from you for is much lower then what you can get for them if you sell
the items on your own to other players. The more you use
your profession the better you will become at it and the more specialized you
will become to it. You can get so high that people will seek certain items
only you and those of your level will be able to create for them, at this point
you can name your price. Alternatively if you want to skip the whole having a
profession thing then in my opinion you’re only other shot is questing.
Taking adventure after adventure selling the spoils and keeping all the loot
you find off of everyone you beat, the old fashion way. While the later might
sound like a better road to travel since having a profession is just like
real life, consider that fact that without that profession you might just end
up a poor troll or sad Paladin in the world of WoW
gold. Professions and trade skills are not the
only professions that can earn you cash, gold and money. You can easily farm
large groups of mobs using area of effect spells or even kill high end bosses
and mobs to acquire items of higher value. Using heavy tanks are often the
key to killing strong single mobs while using a caster with an area of effect
ability are able to kill lower level mobs but at larger quantities.

Everquest and Platinum: Are There Other Real Uses For It?
Are you addicted to
evercrack, I mean Everquest? Well, if you are then you must know you are not
alone. Some philologist criticize the addictive qualities of the game, there
are even online support groups to help cope. However, if
you are quite comfortable with your dependency then I and your attention
starved partner, and everyone else that is around you should respect that and
deal with it. What though about the financial portion of the game? After all
the game play time you have invested you might just have an abundant amount
of EQ plat on your hands. Is it possible to turn your platinum, into either
real cash or other goodies? You could use eBay even
though the developers of Everquest have asked them to stop auctions on
platinum to cash trades, or you can go to specialized site that focus
strictly on this subject and then you can sell you EverQuest
platinum away for some cold hard cash. If selling your platinum for
real currency leaves a bad taste in your mouth then maybe you might want to
think about selling your account itself. Yes the pinch of selling your
beloved high level characters is horrific but when you think about it some might
pay big bucks for the toon you yourself put hard hours into playing with, and
then you could make another and do it again. You would be rolling in the
platinum or money or whichever you chose really and it all comes from hours
of playing. Do to the fact that items and platinum can be
traded in the game and also with the help of illegal online trading on
websites, there have been calculations on platinum currency to real currency
exchange rates. The BBC reported in 2002 showed that Everquest was the 77th
richest country in the world, between Russia and Bulgaria and that the
People's Republic of China and India had lower GDP per capita. By 2004, a
follow-up study showed that the average GDP of each of the two million
players was $2,000 (£1,087) the same as the GDP of Namibia,
approximately. Though platinum isn’t everything some
people are dying for that high level class but aren’t willing to put the man
hours or game playing into it, so they will buy or trade your high level
character from you. These people how ever don’t usually have the experience
they should for their character, and are usually spotted and then berated by
others as eBayers. Putting up your platinum or your
character really isn’t the issue though, sure it’s frowned upon by some, but
it’s your time, your money, your EQ
platinum. What the real issue is, what is your time worth to
you? Publishers should be only be the one allowed to earn
money with their subscriptions that are required to play the game. The
players have rightfully spent their heard earned cash purchasing the
"physical game" but yet are not able to resell it if they no longer
want to play? Even if the player has no right and ownership to the stuff they
acquire in the game such as gold, items, or money they do have the right to
charge for a service to another player for acquiring it for them. Such services
should include power leveling, farming gold, questing and etc.

Age of Conan: Turning the Gold into Real Cash
Ever since the Age
of Conan game came out April 2008, people on the game were expanding upon
particle applications for assimilating the gold money from the game and
turning it into real, cold, hard cash, or by using their account as a work
station and selling or trading their powered up character for real world
goods. The marketing team for most mmorpg players have
seen past the fictional gold of the game and glared at the real cash prize,
because it seems as if the developers have taken some pages out of the
players books in Age of Conan. A while back ago the developers of Age of
Conan developers forbid the auction of real money being changed for gold and
other AOC goods, and even asked eBay if they would stop listing or allowing
these auctions on their site. With specialized websites dedicated to these
activities it was inevitable that Age of Conan would have to address the
situation themselves in a different manner. In the year of 2005 in the month
of June, Sony Online Entertainment produced station exchange in which they
legalized the exchange of gold for real cash. Station Exchange is an official
auction system, on certain designated servers it allows real money to be
transferred for in-game AOC gold, items
or characters, they still discourage buying in game material for real cash on
any other forum besides the one that Sony Online Entertainment provides. Another
way of making money is through partnership, or advertising. For the millions
of players playing Age of Conan in a special treat was given for there at
work playing efforts, the game allowed players to place orders for pizza
delivery from with the game, with simply typing in the command “/pizza”. No,
you couldn’t use your gold for the pie but you could have a meal at the push
of a button. The promotion has since ended but generated lots of press and
question for different possibilities for the future.
Sometimes making money is through association. In Age of
Conan the developers decided to put Hollywood actors and actresses, for the
voice over’s for many of the characters in the game. These leading names were
none other than Heather Graham, (Boogie Nights), Christopher Lee, (Lord of
the Rings), Wil Wheaton,(Stand by Me), and Danica McKellar,(Wonder Years).
SOE in October 2004 claimed that there 130 hours of spoken dialog recorded by
1,700 voice actors. Whether you want to save up your gold
for your own use or you want to sell it to the highest bidder it doesn’t
matter, because the company you love playing for will take care of you as
well as take your money, so do the same I say. Why should only the publishers
be allowed to own everything and earn all the right to receive money. The
players have spent their heard earned cash purchasing the game and paying the
subscriptions to play on their servers which are required and yet we own nothing
of physical value. Players deserve the right to offer
services to upkeep the cost they have to spend in order to play the game.
Services such as farming for currencies, gold, items, power leveling and
perhaps even questing or whatever it may be. Even though the player does not
fully own the virtual items itself, they have spent the time and effort in
order to acquire these monetary values in which they rightfully should be
able to transfer to another player through some other gains.

Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning: Will it be the King of the Mountain?
Warhammer Online:
Age of Reckoning or WAR is coming up soon, slated for a simultaneous release
for North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand on September 18
2008 the game revolves around conflict that the Warhammer Fantasy setting is
known for, the game seems to be geared toward ongoing, and constant war. The
real question however is will WAR take home the gold or will it be a game
better left on the shelf? Will WAR be hold the gold crown
and beat out the other fantasy based massively multiplayer online role
playing games, including the one that is currently on the top right now, and
that closely resembles it’s self, which is of course World of Warcraft. The
two games are based on the strategy game fantasy background that spawned
them; there are also certain similarities that the two online games share,
like graphics for instance. They both share a look and feel of animated
fantasy realm, though warhammer online seems to have a darker and less
cartoonish touch, you’d still have to be blind not to notice the similarities
between the two massively multiplayer online role playing games. There are
also several other similarities between the two such as separate factions of
races, quests, PVE, PVP, RVR and the. All of these things are great and
influential in making World of Warcraft an excellent and also very popular
game but how does it fair for WAR? Will the end result be the
same Warhammer online will make its mark for itself it
seems in player vs. player, other fantasy MMOs have pvp in it but not as
greatly woven into the fabric of their own games as warhammer online. In
Warhammer the entire world is the battlefield you battle against the other
realm for different goals. You do have something to lose in PvP like losing
your main city to the enemy what about losing actual territory such as Keeps
(castles) that were held by your guild? The biggest incentive to being good
at player vs player is that if you keep losing you won’t be getting any
victory points, more land, better skills and cooler looking characters. If
you are good by the end of the week you could have a statue erected in your
avatars likeness to honor you. If you are into the violent
and completive nature of a war macros fantasy
then Warhammer
online maybe your game, there isn’t an online game like this. You
are required to bring out your inner rage, increase your response time,
clicking action, competitiveness and master the usage of You won’t even be
able to advance without the true spirit of a warrior, but is that enough to
throw the king off the gold MMO thrown? You only have a month to wait and
then you can find out. What makes Warhammer Online so
unique compared to majority of the other MMORPGs is the Realm vs. Realm
battles that not available in any other game other than Dark Age of Camelot
which is also created by the makers of Warhammer Online, Mythic Entertainment
which is now known as EA games. A player chooses between two opposing
factions that will face off against each other in castle sieges, open plain
battles, group battles, "zerg" fights of over a 100 players at a
time. A strong leader(s) is required to lead troops of hundreds of players
into battle for one goal. To overthrow the opposing side. No other game has
offered what Dark Age of Camelot and Warhammer is able to provide.

Starting up Lineage 2 MMORPG
Lineage 2 is a
massively multiplayer online role playing game, (MMORPG), from the developers
of NCsoft, the people responsible for such titles as City of Heroes and City
of Villains, Guild Wars, Tabula Rasa, and many more. The
game is different from other massively multiplayer online games because it is
staged as a prequel set 150 years from the first lineage MMORPG. When you
play you create your avatar, and chose from one of 5 races that are available
which are: humans, dwarfs, elf’s, dark elf’s and orcs, a sixth class the
kameal that is available with the expansion. The game seems to play primarily
on fighting monsters allot to earn enough adena to purchase the high priced
weapons and armor you need to survive. Adena is the
currency used in Lineage 2. It comes from the monsters you play against,
NPC's, quests, vendors and other players in the game. The best way to make
Lineage 2
Adena is to sell items to players. There are certain items weapons
and such that players need and are willing to trade their adena for from
other people because of the high prices in stores. Other ways to earn adena
is to farm items from quests or monsters and sell these to the vendors. A
tedious process, but over time your Lineage 2 Adena can add up exceedingly.
Clans may also earn Adena by taxing the surrounding lands if they own a
Castle in the area. Having good gear and
items is vital to surviving and advancing in the game, which makes adena far
more important in lineage 2 than the money system in most other massively
multiplayer online RPG’s. Players in the game may chose to
become a fighter or a mystic profession to start out with; you can at level
twenty, change into more advance professions then again at level forty. Once
you’re set with the adena you want and the armor and weapons you need to
thrive. You can do sagas, which are the main stories quests of the game.
There is a lot of grind in lineage 2 meaning that is there is a lot of
working up to levels by means of hacking through numerous monsters and
quests The look and the sound of lineage 2 is
one of top notch quality, the game has an appropriate reproduction like
orchestral music score that plays in specific regions of the game, and you’ll
also see huge, beautiful vistas that are full of detailed cities and
elaborate statuaries as well as highly detailed character
models. The game isn’t a pick up and go for everybody.
There is a definite line drawn between the people that can handle the
repetitive game play of this nature and those who cannot, but ultimately it’s
up to you to decide. Lineage 2 has one of the best end
game play for pvp players. It consists of strategy and great tactics used for
the castle sieges. There are vast amount of possibilities that can happen
during battle. Castle sieges are held on a weekly basis, usually on a
weekend. Armies of alliances and guilds are required to join forces to either
defend or take over a castle. The rewards are great due to the new tax laws
you are granted for owning that castle.

Final Fantasy XI: What is keeping people playing?
I always like to
know what MMORPG’s evolve into, after all
if you’re one of the multiplayer’s on the game and your shelling out
the dough for the subscription fee shouldn’t the game be progressing? Well oh
course it should, and if it’s not maybe you might want to rethink your
investment. There are some MMORPG’s that break the mold and create loyal
fans. These fans are usually rewarded from the games they play with the
content they desire, since the fans are now the bread and butter of the games
successful run. Final fantasy XI is a massively multiplayer online role
playing game that is from Squares,(now Square Enix), successful final fantasy
franchise, released in Japan on Sony's
PlayStation 2 on May 16, 2002, the PC release for north America in October 28
2003, the playstation 2’s version on march 23, 2004. The Xbox 360 version was
released worldwide in April 2006. The game play has a
definite final fantasy flavor to it filled with cinematics and in-depth
stories, as well as vast array of creatures and lands to discover. To play
the game you will have to have a powerful pc if that is the version you play,
and after that the controls are something to get used to.
Playing the final fantasy xi will come down to two
components: missions by which the main storyline is told and quest which do
not progress the main story but will help you fill your own fantasy world.
Missions help out in other ways besides furthering the story line ahead such
as to advance in rank, access new areas, and gain new privileges. You may do
quests for various rewards and fame.
Battles happen in the same realm that you move around in, which is a
switch from most other final fantasy game where you switch in a battle realm
for fights. The economy is set up by means of final
fantasy’s fiction based money called gil. The FFXI
Gil has a large player based economy with a lot of inter actions
with auction houses, that are in every major city in the games world. There
are certain economic controls to manage the gil flow, they are in the forms
of taxes and fees. They include taxes on items sold and or put up for
auction, there are also fees for item storage and transportation, these gil
sinks remove gil from the economy to prevent inflation. Square enix has
stated that the trade of gil for real currency of the games terms of services
for FFXI, in 2006 square found a ground people that had found away to
generate gil in the game and the trade it for real money, which then drove
gil prices on items up, in response 700 accounts were banned and 300 billion
FFXI gil was
removed from circulation. Majority of the gil that were
banned was acquired through the use of what is known as dupe or duping. It is
the use of an exploit or a bug in the game that causes currencies such as
gil, gold, plat, platinum or even items of high end value to duplicate. By
acquiring currencies using cheating methods has caused alot of stress to
players. Thus why most prestigious gold sellers all use safe natural farming
methods.
